Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn was born in the US. She was best known as Skyler on AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress for Drama Series 2013 & 2014. Her other appearances are Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during preparation for her first performance before moving to Ohio. She attended theatre classes through Northwestern University and spent a semester in the British American Drama Academy. Anna spent a few seasons in Chicago theater before transitioning to television and film. Anna was cast as Arden on Down the Shore in the 29-episode show Down the Shore. After appearing as a Guest Star in several TV Shows and films, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue in the 90's, she was given the role of Jean Ward as part of The Practice. The mid-2000's saw her was cast in Deadwood in the role of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler was her role on Breaking Bad. Also, she starred in the Deadwood movie and Sully. Gunn also starred in David Schwimmer directed production Sex With Strangers. in 2022 Gunn played in a 4-part audio-play show called "Numbered days". Breaking Bad is often centered around the love story between Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and their eventual break up echoes last years of Walter White's personal life.
